1990年毕业于北京外国语大学英语系的霍鸿伟，目前从事教育工作。被授予“诗词领军人物”、“中国书画现当代艺术流派宗师”，“国学领袖”等荣誉称号。
纵观霍老师这几年的诗词创作，让我们非常清晰地了解了他的才情和功力。他的近期创作，言辞灵动中不失厚重，恣肆中寓于中和，表达上高古又不失情趣，意境严谨而又耐人寻味，带有较强的古意创作符号，而这种符号，不仅有着强烈的时代感，又有着强烈的古典支撑。 再细细品赏霍老师的书法作品，我们能强烈感受到他对传统经典的深入理解和准确把握，作品既能从传统经典中去作深层次的挖掘，善于吸收和创变，又能把握住时代的审美特征，实现了历史的厚重与时代的潇洒相结合。清新活泼、超凡脱俗、妙趣横生，极大地丰富了作品的表现力。

其以诗词书法为代表的表现人类普世情怀的作品，不仅反映了一个国家的灵魂，更是表现了全人类的灵魂。

Huo Hongwei, who graduated from the English department of Beijing Foreign Studies University in 1990, is now engaged in education. He has been awarded honorary titles such as "leading figure in poetry", "Master of Modern and contemporary Art schools of Chinese painting and calligraphy", and "Leader of Sinology".
Throughout teacher Huo's poetry creation in recent years, we have a very clear understanding of his talent and skill. In his recent works, his words are not only clever but also heavy, his expression is not only ancient but also interesting. His artistic conception is rigorous and thought-provoking, with strong ancient creation symbols, which not only have a strong sense of The Times, but also have a strong classical support.
